Migraines are evil!

This is more of a rant than a blog post:
Migraines have struck me down for about 3 weeks now. In this time I have endured pain, lack of sleep and seeking darkness, most of the time :(
To add insult to injury, the doctor has told me to stop having orange juice, cheese and CHOCOLATE! Apparently these three contain a common chemical component which are known to cause migraines. I have been free of these for 2 days now and the headaches are showing no signs of budging. So, what do I do now?
